В данной статье рассмотрены проявления полиморбидности у подростков 15–17 лет с кислотозависимы¬ми заболеваниями. Установлены статистически значимые увеличения уровня патологической пораженности, индексов полиморбидности, а также снижение индекса здоровья. Выявлено, что полиморбидность выше у под¬ростков, проживающих в городах, чем у обследованных в сельской местности. У девушек показатели по¬лиморбидности выше, чем у юношей. Обоснована необходимость оптимизации мероприятий восстановления здоровья подростков с кислотозависимыми заболеваниями, так как последствия полиморбидности способству¬ют формированию затяжного и рецидивирующего течения патологического процесса, создают объективные трудности для реализации присущей подросткам деятельности в социуме, неблагоприятно отражаются на ка¬честве жизни.41 42

This article describes the appearances of polymorbidity oftweens at the age of 15–17 years with acid-related diseases. Modern features of statistical indices of popularity and manifestation of polymorbidity of tweens with acid-related diseases are studied. Statistically significant increase of the level of pathological prevalence, polymorbidity indicesand reduced health index are set up. It is revealed that polymorbidityis higher of tweens living in cities rather than of tweens living in rural areas. The indicator of polymorbidity of girls is higher than of boys. The necessity of optimizing the recovery of health measuresof tweens with acid-related diseases is settled down, as the consequences of polymorbidity promote the formation of a protracted and recurrent course of the pathological process, create objective difficulties for the implementation of activities of tweens in society, adversely affect the quality of life.
