Описана динамика современных процессов реформирования системы российского образования. Приве¬дены данные опроса, проведенного Фондом «Общественное мнение», в котором дана оценка ситуации в наци¬ональной системе образования. Отмечено, что реформирование системы образования в Российской Федерации происходит на фоне стойкой тенденции ухудшения состояния здоровья детей и подростков. Названы в качестве основных причин здоровьеразрушающего образования: интенсификация учебного процесса, излишняя «ин¬тернетизация» обучающей среды, неудовлетворительные гигиенические и медико-организационные школьные условия, репрессивно-агрессивная атмосфера в педагогической среде, несформированность здоровьеразвива¬ющего образа жизни среди педагогов, учащихся, студентов, родителей. Представлены результаты реализации модели последовательного формирования здоровья детей и подростков в Республике Башкортостан. Автором актуализируется проблема влияния реформирования системы образования на состояние здоровья субъектов образовательного процесса с точки зрения ноосферного подхода.

It’s reported about the dynamics of modern processes of the system of education reforming in Russia. It shows the survey data conducted by the Fund «Public Opinion», which assessed the situation in the national education system. It is noted that the reform of the education system in the Russian Federation comes amid persistent tendency of ill health of children and adolescents. As the main reasons of health-destroying education are cited: the intensification of the educational process, excessive «internetisation» of learning environment, poor hygiene and medical school organizational conditions, repressive and aggressive atmosphere in the educational environment, unformed health-paced lifestyle among teachers, students, and parents. The results of the implementation of the model sequential formation of the health of children and adolescents in the Republic of Bashkortostan are presented. The author updated the problem of influence of reforming the education system in the state of health of the subjects of the educational process in terms of the noosphere approach.
