В статье представлен анализ общей и первичной заболеваемости детей в возрасте 0–14 лет, изучена дина¬мика и структура заболеваемости, выявлены ведущие классы болезней, характерные для Омской области. Так, уровень заболеваемости в Омской области по классу болезни костно-мышечной системы и соединительной ткани за весь период наблюдения превалировал над показателями СФО и РФ, а по классу болезни органов пищеварения заболеваемость в Омской области в 1,5–2 раза превышала уровень РФ и СФО за весь период на¬блюдения, что свидетельствует о необходимости дальнейшего углубленного изучения причин потерь здоровья.

The analysis of the general and primary incidence of children is presented in article at the age of 0-14 years, dynamics and incidence structure is studied, leading classes of diseases, characteristic for the Omsk region are revealed. So, the incidence in the Omsk region on a class of an illness of bone and muscular system and connecting fabric for the entire period of supervision prevailed over indicators of Siberian federal district and the Russian Federation, and on a class of an illness of digestive organs incidence in the Omsk region by 1,5-2 times exceeded the Russian Federation and Siberian Federal District level for the entire period of supervision that testifies to need of further profound studying of the reasons of losses of health. The received results testify to need of development of address preventive actions for persons of able-bodied age, in particular the Kemerovo region.
