Research of some indicators of a cytokines´s profile at 62 patients with dysplasia of connective tissue (DST) on an example of a mitral valve prolapse (MVP) diagnosed by clinical and echocardiographic data is carried out. Studied cytokines (interleukin-6, interleukin-10) in serum of blood determined by a method of the immune-enzyme assay by a set “Cytokin» (Russia). It is established that 38,7 % surveyed have a raised serum level of interleukin-10, and at a combination of MVP to other small anomalies of heart its content in serum of blood exceeded control values in 1,4 times (p<0,05). Besides, level interleykin-10 in serum of blood decreased with reduction of frequency of incidence of acute respiratory virus infections of patients with MVP (p<0,05), and with increase in degree of a prolapse of the mitral valve is revealed by a tendency of increase of the contents of this anti-inflammatory cytokin (p<0,05). On the basis of the received data it is possible to assume that increase of concentration anti-inflammatory cytokin IL-10 has adaptive character and is, probably, adaptive mechanism of regulation of immune violations and intercellular interactions as attempt to suppress inflammatory process mesenchymal and infectional character.
