SEVERE COURSE OF ACNE AND CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA

The experience of diagnosis and treatments of 100 patience with acne and connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) is summarized. The information is provided based on sex, age and duration of disease. There is a dependence between the flow and the presence of acne DST. The somatotypes of the patience are investigate. The methods of treatment, including basic treatment of acne are offered in combination with magnesium replacement therapy. A good clinical result was achieved. The evaluation of the results of treatment conducted in accordance with the criteria of effectiveness, providing options: clinical recovery, clinical improvement, no change is the lack of dynamics skin manifestations of deterioration. The positive result was achieved at 83 (83,0 %) patients. Among them, a recovery occurred in 34 (34,3 %), improvement of the 49 (49.0%) of patients. The result is no change observed in 10 (10,0 %) patients. In 7 patients (7,0 %) in the remote period of exacerbation of the disease have been recorded, although of a lesser intensity than before treatment.
