PREDICTION OF IVF OUTCOME IN DEPENDENCE ON MATERNAL BRAIN LATERALITY

The article presents data on the characteristics of the hormonal status and reproductive reserve before and after induction superovulation in women with tubal infertility and in fertile women with male infertility in in-vitro afertilization. It is shown that an increasing number of follicles, oocytes and embryos quality and the most favorable outcome of pregnancy was observed when picked up oocytes and separate embryo culture were from the ipsilateral ovary in the relation to the lateral behavioral profile of asymmetries. We detected the leading role of functional response to the stimulation of the right ovary in determining the ovulatory potential of reproductive system and a favorable outcome of the program of IVF and embryo transfer.
