The review presents data on the functional state of the hemostatic system, red and white blood cells in the dynamics of physiological pregnancy. On the basis of literature data and the results of our studies have shown that women who carry a fetus male, found a more pronounced voltage coagulation hemostasis compared with mothers of female fetuses. It shows heterochrony function coagulation system in various stages of pregnancy: a more pronounced integration of the various components of the system of hemostasis in mothers of female fetuses in early gestation and mothers of male fetuses - in the later stages of pregnancy.
