Circulatory diseases are the most common reasons of death worldwide. In the Russian Federation the mortality rate from circulatory diseases is significantly higher than in the Western countries that leads to reduction in life expectancy of the population, so it is not only medical but also a social problem. It is necessary to start prevention of cardiovascular pathology during pregnancy. Hypoxic injury in prenatal period in 40-70% children is accompanied by deconditioning syndrome of cardiovascular system in neonatality. 500 children aged under 12 months have been examined. The children born with fetal growth retardation, the incidence of congenital heart disease is second only to the children born preterm, which is confirmed by electrocardiographic and echocardiographic examination up to one year.
