ABOUT IMPROVEMENT OF MEDICAL CARE OF THE PATIENTS WITH CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES IN THE CHUVASH REPUBLIC

Circulatory diseases are the main reason of mortality and reduction of life expectancy in the world . It has been made the analytical estimation of the measurements aimed at improving medical care of the patients with cardiovascular diseases according to the data of Territorial Federal Service of State Statistics in the Chuvash Republic. There were organized the Regional vascular centre on the base of BI “the Republican clinical hospital” HCSD Ministry of Chuvashia and three primary vascular departments on the bases of municipal healthcare institutions. The following was defined: the medical care stages of the patients with acute vascular pathology, route of the patients with acute vascular pathology. It was marked the decrease of mortality rate from myocardial infarction for 14,9%, from stroke for 35,0%; it has increased the number of the patients for 30,5% independent in everyday life after acute cerebrovascular disease.
