CLINICAL LABORATORY JUSTIFICATION OF ALGORITHMS PATHOGENETIC MANAGING PATIENTS OF DENTAL CARIES

The analysis of the clinical and laboratory studies of various methods of pathogenetic therapy in the complex treatment of patients with dental caries - adolescents aged 15–17 years. Results of the study to establish the most efficient pathogenetic therapy with phonophoresis 15 % solution dimephosphone and sublingual polyoxidonium in the complex treatment of patients with dental caries to К 02.0, К 02.1 subcompensated and К 02.0, K 02.1 decompensated degree of activity of the pathological process. This efficiency has resulted in a change of dental status indicators – the intensity and increase the intensity of dental caries and enamel resistance and - state of regional resistance during oral therapy with corresponding pathogenic forms of the disease under study. Results of the study allowed to justify and articulate the basic provisions of the algorithms pathogenic case management of dental caries in the complex treatment, depending on the degree of activity of the pathological process.
