The article studied the dynamics of indicators of oxidative stress and antioxidant defense in patients with obstructive jaundice by percutaneous transhepatic genesis of tumor decompression of the biliary tract, supplemented by plasmapheresis. In the surveyed 85 pancreas head cancer patients and obstructive jaundice. Initially, the patient was reinforced by the oxidative modification of prooxidant factors of enzymes. The presence of oxidative stress was not accompanied by an adequate increase of antioxidant system function. After decompression of the biliary tract in view of the development of reperfusion syndrome and a massive inflow of toxic substances in the blood was further intensification of processes of lipid peroxidation. The subsequent holding of plasmapheresis to reduce signs of oxidative stress, antioxidant potential. Extracorporeal therapies after resolution of the obstruction of bile ducts help to eliminate the consequences of reperfusion, oxidative stress and disclosure limitation standby capacities to protect the body.
