One of the most significant problems in the present time is the increased level of incidence of iron-deficiency anemia as the main chronic diseases among women of working age. The aim of the research was the identification of the influence of educational level on the attitude to health-preserve behavior. We had examined 1040 women living in the city of Moscow and receiving medical assistance in outpatient conditions. The persons who had iron deficient anaemia aged between 19-25 years had a different educational level. The level of income below the subsistence minimum the most typical was for women with a school education. Respondents with a higher education had more qualitative composition of food. There were significant differences in lifestyle: the attitude to harmful habits were in direct dependence between the level of education. Women with higher education also significantly less often were married (p<0.001). Most of them were not willing to have more than two children. Thus, in General, the subjective assessment of the moral-psychological climate in the family much better it was the women who have higher education. In connection with this it is necessary to intensify the activity of educational institutions and young families in the direction of raising their educational level and their own self-esteemation.
