At the present stage of development of medical education increases the need for building the skills of information retrieval, analysis and presentation of the results in an accessible form. This article presents examples of the use of Internet resources in the course of individual consultations with students, examples of the formation of information retrieval, analysis of medical data to the construction of the learning process and cartogram nosological profile. The materials used data from the interagency statistical information system (EMISS) allowing the provision of public services to receive electronically the official statistical information from departmental data warehouse, and an interactive map of water Russia.
