THE PECULIARITIES OFHUMORAL IMMUNE SYSTEMIN RATSDURING ACUTEPERIODONTITISIN CASE OF MERKAZOLIL-INDUCED HYPOTHYROIDISM

We have done the study of the low production of thyroid hormones influence on the humoral part of the immune system in acute periodontitis against the background of merkazolil-induced hypothyroidism and the relations hip between them. It was found thatin experimental acute periodontitis in case of hypothyroidismoccurs the immune system disorders that are characterized by immunosuppression during the first day of the experiment and hyperergiclocal immunereactivity on the eighth day, which leads to the out put of immunoglobulins in the blood system. At the same time, a significant contribution in the development of an imbalance of immunoglobulinsin the blood system in acute periodontitis against the background of merkazolil-induced hypothyroidism in the first day of the experiment due to the dysfunction of the thyroidgland, while on theeighthday of the trial both pathogenetic factors – hypothyroidism and acute periodontitis are influenced on the humoral immune system.
