COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS METHODS ULTRASOUND AND MRI IN THE PRIMARY DIAGNOSIS OF CERVICAL CANCER

At the City Oncology Center, the National Diagnostic Centre, Astana, Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Oncology Center a clinical, observational, descriptive study on the type of report on the case of the example of 127 patients with a diagnosis of cervical cancer. A comparative analysis of ultrasound and MRI to determine the size of the primary tumor, determine the degree of involvement in the neoplastic process of the female reproductive system and the tumor has spread to adjacent organs and structures that determine the extent of regional lymph collector. According to our results, it was concluded, despite the fact that the U.S. is required by the process of tumor diagnosis of cervical cancer, an MRI can more accurately determine the true characteristics of the tumor process, which naturally affects the choice of treatment.
