The analysis of dynamics of tumor markers CEA, CA 19.9, Ca 72.4 in the serum of 60 patients with gastric cancer T3-4N0-2M0 stage during adjuvant therapy. By way of adjuvant treatment the patients were divided into 2 major clinical comparable group parameters 30 and 30 in the main control groups respectively. In the study group and 40 isogray adjuvant radiation therapy in accelerated fractionation and digestion rate. Additionally twice in the course of radiotherapy endolymphatically was administered 5 mg of methotrexate and 1 every 4 days intraperitoneally with 50 mg/m2 of oxaliplatin diluted to 250 ml of 5 % glucose solution was ozonated. 30 control patients with adjuvant systemic chemotherapy was carried out under the scheme FOLFOX. The study group introduced a total of 10 mg of methotrexate and 300 mg/m2 of oxaliplatin in the control group were 340 mg/m2 of oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil 4000mg/m2 leykovorina and 1600 mg/m2. Prior to treatment, and in the middle of the course of therapy in the treatment groups were similar changes. Before treatment, all the indicators were above normal Сa 19.9 on average 4.3 times, Ca 72.4 – 5.2 times, CEA – 7.7 times. In the middle of treatment there was a decrease of Ca 19.9 on average 4.6 times, Ca 72.4 - 5.9 times and bases – by 9.6 times. After the treatment in the study group occurred early return of increased values of tumor markers to the boundaries of the norm, in the control group, all the indicators studied tumor markers increased from 19.9 Ca – by 2.4 times, Ca 72.4 – 1.9 times and bases – in 1.7 times, but remained below the values before the treatment.
