DEVELOPMENT OF APPROACHES TO THE PROVISION OF PALLIATIVE CARE INKURABEL′NYM PATIENTS IN A LARGE INDUSTRIAL CITY

For level, a large industrial city examined the prevalence of severe incurable diseases and the true need for palliative care inkurabel′nym patientsDana complex social, hygienic and clinical characteristic of patients developed approaches for improving palliative care for cancer inkurabel′nym and psycho-pedagogical support to relatives. Results of the study show a continuing deterioration in the state of public health in the population of Perm Krai. The deterioration of the demographic situation , the growth of heavy incurable diseases, leading to severe disability , justifies the need for the development of approaches to improve palliative care , the need for which in the short term will increase. The solution to this problem requires a systematic and comprehensive approach. To widely inform patients and their families about the possibilities of palliative care services in the existing institutions , and public organizations.
