RATIO OF WEIGHT AND STRENGTH OF LABOUR PROCESS WITH A FREQUENCY OF OCCURRENCE AND FEATURES OF CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF THE SYNDROME OF ANGRY INTESTINES

Frequency of occurrence and feature of a clinical current of the syndrome of angry intestines (SAI) at persons with various weight and strength of labor process were analyzed. It is surveyed 318 workers and employees aged from 21 till 45 years. The diagnosis of SRK was established according to “The Roman criteria” (1999), weight and strength of labor process according to the Management P 2.2.2006-05. It is established that among indexes of weight and strength of work a large number of the stereotypic movements, the inconvenient and compelled pose, a high level of intellectual and emotional loading, an independent duty is considerably associated with existence of SRK. SRK most often meets a dominance of locks at the persons facing in the course of work a big dead load, an inconvenient working pose, in the conditions of an independent mode of work. Diarrhea at SRK prevails at the workers who are carrying out a large number of stereotypic labor movements in the conditions of the monotonic emotional pressure.
