EFFECT OF THE STRUCTURE OF EXTERNAL GENITALS NEWBORN GIRLS IN TERM AND PRETERM PREGNANCY AND OBTURATOR OF VAGINA ON PREGNANCY OUTCOME

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of the structure of the external genitalia in the preterm and full-term newborn girls after preterm births and physiological contractile sphincter lower third of the vagina. The study included 40 preterm girls and their mothers’ after premature birth “and 26” relatively healthy “after physiological delivery. The comparative study of the structure of the external genitalia in female newborns and their mothers found that preterm baby girls there gaping vagina entrance, by underdevelopment of the external genitalia. Hypo function of the structure of the external genital organs, preserved in the postnatal period can lead to a disruption of biocenosis of the vagina, increasing the frequency of inflammatory diseases of the female reproductive organs during pregnancy in 82 % of cases complicating pregnancy, contributes to premature rupture of membranes and the development of preterm birth. Thus, we have proved adverse anatomical and functional impairment of the structure of genitals in premature girls after birth, observed at this gaping entrance vagina after childbirth progresses, by reducing power cuts sphincter vagina.
