VIDEOBRONCHOSCOPICAL METHODS IN A COMBINED TREATMENT OF ACUTE PURULENT DESTRUCTIVE PROCESSES LUNGS AND PYOPNEUMOTHORAX

It is based on data on 320 of patients with acute abscesses and gangrene of the lung including complicated by pyopneumothorax. Efficiency videobroonhoskopicheskoy posegmentarnoy-subsegmental bronchial sanitation studied in 60 patients. When used in complex treatment posegmentarno-subsegmental bronchi rehabilitation of complications in patients with acute abscesses and gangrene of the lungs was reduced by 30% (p<0,001), frequency of use of rapid methods of treatment decreased by 9,0% (p<0,05), increased the number of patients with full recovery - by 27,4% (p <0,001) and decreased frequency of the transition process in the chronic to 12,0% (p<0,01), and the mortality rate decreased by 8,3% (p<0,01). What contributed to the increase in the number of individuals with complete recovery by 22,8% (p<0,05), the frequency of elimination of residual pleural cavity - by 39,7% (p<0,001), reduced the incidence of pulmonary infiltration and destruction - by 47.1% (p <0,001).
