IMPORTANCE CURRENT METHODS OF ASSESSMENT HAEMOSTASIS AND INFLAMMATORY REACTIONS FOR PREDICTING THE SEVERITY OF THE EMPYEMA

In this prospective study conducted to study the dynamics of the leading members of hemostatic and inflammatory reactions as well as an analysis of their relationship during the acute empyema. In a study of 102 patients had а number of laws, which allows to reveal previously unknown mechanisms of development of the pathological process and clarify the strategy of pathogenesis-based therapy. Identified gipokoaguljatsionnyj shift combined with high D-dimer and C-reactive protein, as well as the gap growth of proinflammatory cytokines (IL-1 and TNF-a) in relation to the concentration of D-dimer in the blood plasma. Activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL- 1 , TNF-ά) and C -reactive protein is an early response to infection .
