EFFICACY OF COMBINATION THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH GESTATIONAL PYELONEPHRITIS

Considering high prevalence of gestational pyelonephritis efficiency analysis of the combined therapy (a gepatoprotektor and low-intensive infra-red laser radiation) at pregnant women with sharp and chronic pyelonephritis is carried out. Estimated some biochemical indicators reflecting intensity of perekisny reactions of oxidation of lipids (low-new диальдегида plasma and erythrocytes), level of antioxidant protection of an organism (catalase), determined number of general and not albuminous sulfgidrilny groups and degree endotoxicosis (general and effective concentration albumin, a linkage allowance albumin, a toxicity index). Base antibacterial therapy with use of laser radiation and a gepatoprotektor at pregnant women with pyelonephritis rendered the most expressed detoksikatsionny effect, promoted improvement of konjyugatsionny activity albumin. The offered technique of treatment promoted a measure normalization in case of sharp pyelonephritis and to their considerable improvement in case of chronic pyelonephritis in comparison with other studied methods of therapy of gestational pyelonephritis in shorter terms of stay in a hospital.
