Information on 60 patients with stage III gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy with extended D2 lymph node dissectionis represented.30 patients (the basic group) receivedthe treatment, including radical surgery with intraoperative chemotherapy and ozonized media. 30 patients (control group) receivedthe treatment, including radical surgery without intraoperative impact. In samples of tumor tissue, peritumoral area and line of resection was carried out morphological examination and immunophenotyping lymphocytes subsets the method of flow cytofluorometry.Application of intraoperativechemotherapy with ozonized mediainduced positive effect on the local cellular immunity. Was observed increased lymphocytic infiltration in thestudied samples of the tissues of the stomach compared with the control group, with a predominance in the tumor tissue content of lymphocytes T-subsets (CD3+, CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ 1.2 and 2.2 times, respectively, p<0.05).Thus factors of adaptive cellular immunitywere found to prevail over effectors of the adaptive humoral (B-cells) and of innate cellular immunity (NK).Marked increase (p<0.05) of T-lymphocytes by 17.5% for the account CTL (an increase of 54%), and NK cells (an increase of 2.6 times)in tissue resection linewas observed.
