In a review of the clinical characteristics of a single and multiple primary metachronous, synchronous colon cancer. The study selected 90 patients with colorectal cancer were divided into 2 groups: 60 people - a group of patients with multiple primary cancers of the colon and 30 people - a single control group of patients with colon cancer. It was found that more men aged 50-60 for metachronous lesions and 60-70 years for synchronous lesions, predominantly urban living. Specific clinical symptoms in multiple primary cancers of the colon not. However, the time of clinical symptoms from the onset until treatment in health facilities in the two times shorter than in patients with solitary cancer. In the group of patients with multiple primary prevail 2-3 stages. The most frequent localization of primary multiple lesions of the colon belongs to the sigmoid.
