Тhe aim of the study was to improve immunodiagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis using magnetically immobilized sorbents on the basis of myelin basic protein. Elevated levels of antibodies to myelin basic protein were detected in 37 (39,4%) patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In all cases studied parameters correlated with the degree of activity pathological process. High levels of antibodies to the myelin basic protein in rheumatoid arthritis associated with central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. Reduction of serum antibodies to the base of the myelin basic protein in the treatment process allows the use of this index as an additional criterion of assessing its effectiveness.
