FORECASTING OF EFFICIENCY CONTACT LITHOTRIPSY IN UROLITHIASIS WITH USING FUZZY LOGIC

The article describes a method of fuzzy logic decision making for predicting the effectiveness of contact lithotripsy in urolithiasis. Formed dictionary informative features and alphabet of classes. Developed the formula for calculating the membership functions according to the features, аnd using an iterative rule, calculate the coefficient of confidence in the examined object belonging to the desired class. By comparing the values obtained with the threshold values of the coefficients of confidence is defuzzification conclusion. To test the effectiveness of the «operation» of the synthesized decision rules were calculated ratios of confidence to patients with known outcomes of therapy, and a histogram distribution of patients according to the value the coefficients of confidence. Analyze the intersection histogram shows a good agreement between the results of expert evaluation s and synthesized decision rule in the control group: the positive predictive value – 0.86, the negative predictive value - 0.8 and diagnostic efficiency is 0.9.
