In order to study the influence of factors of hospital environment on colonization by S.aureus the bacterial flora of the skin, nose, and large intestine of 37 persons working in non-surgical (somatic) medical hospital from 19 to 25 years of life was studied. The findings showed that in health care workers were reported decrease in the frequency allocation normal symbionts and increase opportunistic bacteria. Skin dysbiosis was found in 67.6%, nose dysbiosis – in 83.8%, dysbiosis of the intestine - in 89.2% of persons. These rates were significantly higher than in people who are not employed in the public health. It has been shown that in S.aureus carriers frequency and severity of microecological disorders was heavier than those who were free from carrier. This fact suggests that violation of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the microbiota precedes colonization by Staphylococcus aureus. Hospital factors promote these changes and enhance the colonization by S.aureus.
