Increase in the proportion of older people in the total population promotes injury in this category of citizens. At the same time as the creation of such people to the proper level of quality of life is one of the major challenges facing society today. A huge difference in this case is to provide the people of older age groups, quality health care. In this work the scientific and theoretical basis of the system analysis as a basis allows us to analyze the completeness and adequacy of emergency medical care provided to older people with acute trauma in the prehospital phase. As a result, the object under study begins, is not seen as a simple collection of individual elements, and as an open, integrated system that can suffer from the effects of other environmental elements. Thus, between polymorbidity and systems analysis there is a link, which is revealed in the provision of various types of medical care. From this, it follows that in elderly patients, in contrast to younger patients in emergency medical care should focus not only treat injuries, but also the prevention of exacerbation of comorbidities, as well as, keeping involutorily altered functionality elderly body.
