Studied the influence of biopsychosocial factors on the incidence and manifestation of recurrent non-psychotic depression and organic patients to optimize pharmacotherapy. Were examined retrospectively 400 patients with various types of depression were treated in the Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital, the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2012. Correlation dominant symptomatically significant biopsychosocial characteristics of depressed patients with such a nosological their options. The importance of biopsychosocial characteristics reflected in the frequency of their occurrence in the studied group of patients with depression. The best results pharmacotherapy of patients with depression received antidepressant amitriptyline at a dose of 300 mg / day. In the differential diagnosis and treatment of patients with depression should take into account the degree of impairment biopsychosocial symptomatically significant components in their nosological options for rational pharmacotherapy.
