We have done a retrospective analysis of primary medical documentation of postpartum women and newborns receiving rehabilitation treatment, to determine the most significant risk factors in the formation of perinatal pathology requiring inpatient rehabilitation at the second stage of nursing. In addition, mothers held questioning to determine their own knowledge that they have hypertension, as well as assessing risks to children on rise in diseases of cardiovascular system. It was recorded that extragenital pathology is the leading cause of formation of perinatal pathology, and the most significant socio-economic factor is the low level of domestic revenue. It was noted the extremely low level of knowledge of pregnant women about their health status before and during pregnancy, lack of alertness of pregnant women to the fse in their blood pressure.
