The results of clinical and laboratory research of organs and tissues of mouth cavity of women with postovariectomy syndrome are presented in the article. Observations were made before operational intervention, after 3 and 6 month from it. Steroid and gonadotrophic hormone level, some indexes of dental status, mandibular bone destruction degree, functional parameters of salivation, microvasculature condition of oral mucosa were studied. Acute estrogen deficiency of women resulting from surgical menopause, causes progressive deterioration of a number of clinical and laboratory indexes of parodontium and salivary glands condition by the 6th month of the observation without adaptation phase. This manifests itself in increase of paradontal indexes, intensification of mandibular bone destruction, deterioration of perfusion oral mucosa and salivation deceleration on the background viscosity increase.
