The possibility of using a continuous infusion of 0.2 % ropivacaine solution in the space at the left retroplevral interhospital patient transfers elderly with acute pancreatitis. We examined 26 geriatric patients with acute pancreatitis, which was carried out interhospital transportation. Analgesic component of therapy of acute pancreatitis in the study group was provided retroplevral analgesia by continuous infusion of 0.2 % ropivacaine solution, in comparison group - using a combination of narcotic and non-narcotic analgesics “on demand.” Analysis of clinical efficacy data produced using a visual analog scale and dynamics of hemodynamic parameters. The study demonstrated that continuous infusion of ropivacaine 0.2 % solution into the left retroplevral space can effectively reach the target parameters of anesthesia in geriatric patients with acute pancreatitis at all stages of interhospital transport effectively prevents negative clinical manifestations of endocrine-metabolic stress response, has a favorable ratio between benefits and risk factors, provides optimal conditions interhospital transportation.
