According to World Health Organization annually registered in the world 160 million cases of occupational diseases, of which 30–40 % become chronic, and about 10 % end disabilities. The priority is the issue of the health of women experiencing adverse occupational risk factors. To study the influence of harmful factors of the environment on reproductive health workers conducted gynecological examination 288 women rubber technical production. Established that the chemical factor and frequency of uterine fibroids, in all age groups there are moderate and direct orientation correlation – rxy ± m = 0,554 ± 0,056, most pronounced in women aged 20–29 years – rxy ± m = 0,659 ± 0,188 . With increasing age the power of influence of this factor decreases reaching the age of 50 to rxy ± m = 0,369 ± 0,147. Correlation increases as the length of service. Based on the study of women’s reproductive health measures have been developed to improve the working conditions of workers of production.
