Studying of a psychological portrait of nurses of surgical, therapeutic and reception offices is carried out. Studying was carried out by the help of a questionnaire of Kettel. As a result of research it is established that the psychological portrait of nurses various and depends on office in which they work. In too time, there are characteristic features for all nurses. So, for all nurses such lines, as restraint, suspiciousness, radicalism, nonconformism and high self-checking are characteristic. In too time for nurses of surgical, therapeutic and reception offices various lines are characteristic. All this needs to be considered when forming collective as it finally influences the psychological microclimate developing in it.
