THE COMPARATIVE ASPECT OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE TRANDOLAPRIL AND AGREGACIONNYE PROPERTIES ON CELLS RAMIPRIL BLOOD IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION WITH IMPAIRED GLUCOSE TOLERANT

Purpose: to compare the features of influence of trandolaprila and the ability to aggregate ramiprila uniform of blood in patients with arterial hypertension with impaired glucose tolerance. Under the supervision of the 92 patients were hypertensive with 1-2 degrees, 3 with violation of risk tolerance to glukoze, middle age. The monitoring group presented 27 healthy volunteers of a similar age. For the correction of arterial hypertension in one group of patients (n = 45) was appointed trandolapril 2.0 mg 1 time per day, in the second group (n = 47) hypertensive therapy was ramipril 2.5 mg 1 x per day. Reception ramiprila observed patients during 52 weeks more than therapy positively influence on trandolaprilom the level of lipid peroxidation in plasma and uniform elements blood, not by displaying indicators of the level of control. Ramipril treatment data of patients to a greater extent than trandolaprilom downgraded agregacionnye ability of red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells, not allowing them to achieve normalization during the year.
