SOCIAL STRUCTURE AND MOTIVATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH IMPLANT DENTAL CARE

The article deals with the provision of dental services in the field of dental implantology. By the authors conducted a case study at the same time in the two types of dental institutions – survey of patients seeking implantologichsekoy by the dental clinic number 1 in Stavropol, and patients seeking dental care in such a commercial structure – NPO “Apolonia” Stavropol. To this end, developed two special sociological survey. In both organizations interviewed 432 patients. Results of the study showed that the age and sex structure of requests in public and private institutions for the implant dental care has both similarities and important differences, mainly related to the heterogeneous social composition applied and the level of their income. Varies considerably, and the social composition of the population accesses the above institutions: in GSP-1 predominantly treated employees and retirees. In the commercial structure are turning entrepreneurs as well as employees, but with a higher level of income. The leading factor uptake, regardless of the type of institution is the quality provided therein dental carе.
