EXPERIENCE OF DRUG EPIDURAL ANALGESICS IN INTERHOSPITAL TRANSPORTATION OF VICTIMS WITH SEVERE CONCOMITANT INJURY

We evaluated the efficacy of epidural morphine hydrochloride in interhospital transport of patients with severe combined trauma. The study included 94 patients who carried interhospital transportation. Patients of the study group was presented analgesic component of morphine hydrochloride, in the standard dose, in epidural space. Pain intensity and evaluating the adequacy and depth of analgesia in interhospital transport in both groups was carried out on a visual analog scale (VAS) and the scale of facial pain evaluation Wong-Baker. The degree of sedation was determined by the scale Ramsay. Epidural narcotic analgesics relative simplicity of technical performance, minimal impact on hemodynamics and sympathetic innervation, provides optimal conditions for interhospital transport of patients with severe combined trauma.
