MOTOR AND NEURO-VEGETATIVE DISTURBANCES COMPLEX CORRECTION IN PATIENTS WITH POSTTRAUMATIC PARKINSONIAN

Results of original clinical observation of 109 patients who have had the mild brain trauma (MBT) are given. The aim of the work – approbation and the efficiency testing of the new scheme of complex correction of motor and neuro-vegetative disturbances in patients with MBT in the anamnesis. Authors using clinical and neurophysiological techniques showed characteristic for parkinsonian syndrome motor and neuro and vegetative disturbances in 23,9 % of patients throughout the post-traumatic period. Two forms of parkinsonian were distinguished in these patients depending on clinical symptoms: akinetiko-rigid (38.5 %) and tremor-rigid (61.5 %). Authors analyze the complex pathogenetic therapy efficiency of the revealed disturbances that was followed by the impaired functions improvement in patients with post-traumatic parkinsonian to the level of the satisfactory adaptation.
