Revalence. The level of natriueretic peptide in blood in the first day of accute coronary disease can be a prognosis marker of an outcome of AKD. The purpose: to study a role of natriueretic peptide, as a prognosis marker of current and outcome of accute coronary disease against a background of complex therapy with Mexicor. Materials and methods. The investigation includes patients with accute coronary syndrome in the first day from the moment of pain occurence. Patients of main group in addition to standard therapy with ACS were given Mexicor in a dose of 400 mg per a day in a period of 10 days parenteral with the subsequent transition on peroral reception of capsules in a doze of 300 mg per a day in a period of 14 days, ACD patients of control group were given only standard therapy without trombolisis and angioplastics Result. It is established, that concentration of NT-proBNP in blood of ACD patients in the first day increased, which level depends on the subsequent outcome of ACD, and inclusion of Mexicor in complex therapy of ACD leads to peptide decrease concentration.
