The hygienic estimation of working conditions of the medical personnel in the MRI rooms was carried out. As a result of researches we determined the general estimation of working conditions of medical staff 3.1-3.3. Influence of harmful factors of production above maximum-permissible level can lead to abnormalities of nervous and cardiovascular systems` function of medical personnel. We developed and introduced a system to ensure the safety and hygiene of working conditions in the MRI rooms, which is based on a quantitative analysis of the influence of factors of working process and the methods of estimation of medical personnels health, including organizational, technical and engineering, medical and preventive measures.The phased introduction of a complex of preventive measures allowed to reduce exposure of harmful factors of production and to improve working conditions of the MRI personnel.
