We have done the analysis of the atrial late potentials (ALP) and assessed its correlation with cardiac arrhythmias in patients with the syndrome of the connective tissue dysplasia (STD) with bronkhoobstructive pathology. Questionnaire survey, anthropometrical study, and analysis of the findings of 24-hour ECG-monitoring were performed. Duration of the filtered P-wave was above the recommended values in individuals without the STD in 48.1 % of cases, in individuals with the STD – in 70.2 % of cases. Values of the mean square amplitudes of P-wave for the last 20 MS in the groups did not differ. Similar results were obtained when comparing this indicator among women (among men of different groups of such differences is not revealed), and among people younger than 60 years. In patients over 60 years old without the STD this option was significantly more frequently exceeded standards (in 80 % of cases) than in the presence of a syndrome of the STD (in 46 % of cases). In individuals without the STD values of the ALP were correlated with the number of group supraventricular extrasystoles (SVE) afternoon and the number of single ventricular extrasystoles (VE) at night. Тhe ALP parameters in patients with the STD is stronger associated with ectopic ventricular activity. Their relationship with supraventricular ectopic activity appears when the number of single SVE become more than 100 a day.
