SURGICAL TREATMENT OF THE OLD DAMAGE DISTAL TIBIO-FIBULAR SYNDESMOSIS

Pronation-eversion fractures of the distal tibial articular department are among the most common types of injuries. With this mechanism of injury usually takes place partial or total damage to the distal tibio-fibular syndesmosis. Complications usually associated with errors in diagnosis and treatment this fractures. It is often not detected injury distal tibiofibular syndesmosis. The problem of treatment of fractures of distal articular end of osses cruris and old damage distal tibio-fibular syndesmosis is shown in this article. The aspect of osteosynthesis with the use of apparatus of external fixation in patients with that fractures are shown in this article. Is performed the analysis of treatment of 72 Patients with old damage of the distal tibio-fibular syndesmosis.
