PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS OF BLOOD PRESSURE ACCORDING DAILY MONITORING OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE

Hypertension is a serious disease that develops mainly in elderly people with underlying medical conditions. Comorbidity of cardiovascular diseases and COPD is interdisciplinary problem, that worsens as the combination of pathological changes, that characterize of each of these conditions alone. The development of chronic inflammation in the lung parenchyma, leads to an imbalance in cytokine not only the site of injury, but also in the general circulation and thus to the development of systemic effects. Our objective was to evaluate the data of daily monitoring of blood pressure in patients with COPD and the extent of the disease, as well as their analysis taking into account the immunological parameters. We found a violation of the daily variability of blood pressure in patients with COPD and significant effect of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines on the level of diastolic blood pressure, and lack of communication level SP-D with data of daily blood pressure monitoring.
