THE RESULTS OF TREATINGGONARTHROSIS BY TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT WITH THE USE OF BONE AUTOPLASTY

In period 2008-2012 in the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center «Restorative Traumatology and Orthopedics» 60 cases of total knee replacement with the substitution of the osteonecrotic defect in the condyle of thibia were made. The group under observation included 55 patients with gonarthrosis complicated by forming the osteonecrotic defect in the condyle of thibia. 43(78.18%) of all the patients were women, 12(21.81%) were men, the average age was 63±0.5 years. All the patients were under observation before the surgical treatment, in postoperative period and within the period from 6 month to 4 years after the operation. To assess the treatment results Josef & Kaufman and KOOS scales were used. While performing an operation special methods were applied. To fix autotransplants special fixation devices were used. Good and excellent results of treating this group of patients were received in different time periods. In two cases knee replacement operation was repeated.
