RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC DISEASE IN MIND WHEN ACUTE SURGICAL ABDOMINAL DISEASE

Analysis of data on medical care (MС) of mentally ill people (151 people)., Treated for acute surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity (ASDAC): 65 patients with schizophrenia, 41 patients - mental retardation and 45 people. - manic-depressive psychosis in remission. The control group included 302 patients ASDAC without chronic mental illness (CMI). Found that in patients with CMI, diseases belonging to the group of «acute abdomen» often occur in atypical ways. When ASDAC CMI patients surgery is often performed for complications of acute abdomen. The results of treatment of patients ASDAC presence of an underlying chronic mental illness worse than patients without pathology of higher nervous activity. Using endovideo surgical technology assessment and treatment of these patients prospectively.
