CHANGE THE SETTINGS FOR THE ANTIOXIDANT SYSTEM OF THE BODY, DEPENDING FIVE-YEAR SURVIVAL RATE OF PATIENTS WITH CERVICAL CANCER

Retrospectively from 151 patients with morphologically verified cervical cancer T3NxM0 stage process composed two comparable groups: 80 and 71 women, respectively, who have lived and died within 5 years after combined radiotherapy. Found that patients who died at the end of treatment index SOD/SPA in neutrophils at 3,7 times the normal values and 6 times the background data, and in lymphocytes ratio has remained above the norm of 2.7 times. Levels were prognostically unfavorable index er/pl for vitamin E, which have died at the end of treatment was reduced by 1,7 times, and for vitamin A increased by 4,6 times and 1,5 times, compared with the norm and data subgroups survivors.
