Continuous sampling of 437 members of medical attendants from psychiatric hospitals was interviewed: 265 in Belgorod region (Russia) and 172 in Nikolayev Region (Ukraine). It was discovered that most of them have a poor scientific notation about suicidal behavior and almost half of respondents supposes that suicidal behavior is the symptom of mental disease. On the social spheres (intimate, administrative- juridical, industrial and moral) the different degree of manifestation of stigmatization attitude to suiciders was found. Three types of emotional feelings which mark the stigmatization’s degree were separated: aversive, sympathizer and neutral. More stigmatizing attitude of medical attendants from Belgorod region associated with the poor awareness about suicidal behavior and with the age’s characteristics which determine directive relation to the patients. As the main suicide prevention method respondents call the cultivation of moral, raise in pay coupled with training of communicating and training of conflict resolution started from primary school.
