RESEARCH OF BALANCE OF PATIENTS AFTER OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF FRACTURES OF THE PROXIMAL END OF THE FEMUR IN THE COURSE OF MEDICAL REHABILITATION

38 patients with fractures of proximal end of a femur, after the expeditious treatment, passed complex recovery out-patient treatment are investigated. The complex of rehabilitation actions consisted of physiotherapeutic treatment, passive and active mechanotherapy, medical physical culture and massage. Hardware diagnostics of violations of balance was made on BalanceMaster 7.0 system: at receipt in a specialized hospital and upon termination of treatment. At carrying out of the test of the modified clinical test of touch interaction of balance (mCTISB) at patients before rehabilitative treatment following indexes of speed of moving of the center of gravity the patient (hailstones/sek) (M±m) have been received: Firm-EO 0,36±0,03, Firm-EC 0,48±0,07, Foam-EO 0,94±0,07, Foam-EC 2,01±0,1; and after rehabilitative treatment (M±m): Firm-EO 0,28±0,02, Firm-EC 0,37±0,03, Foam-EO 0,73±0,06, Foam-EC 1,68±0,09.
