RESEARCH OF DYNAMIC FUNCTION OF THE LOWER EXTREMITY OF PATIENTS AFTER OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF INTRAARTICULAR FRACTURES OF AREA OF THE KNEE JOINT IN THE COURSE OF COMPLEX REHABILITATIVE TREATMENT

Studied 132 patients after surgical treatment of extra-and intra-articular fractures of the ankle in the process of medical rehabilitation. The dynamic function of the lower extremities was examined at 1 and 14 days after medical rehabilitation (132 patients), 6, 24 and 36 months (20 patients) by the hardware diagnostics on the system BalanceMaster. Patients passed test Walk Across to calculate the length, width and speed steps. All patients underwent an individual course of medical rehabilitation: physical therapy, passive mechanotherapy, active mechanotherapy, therapeutic physical training, massage, and pharmacological support. Improvement (p <0,05) of dynamic function of the lower extremities during medical rehabilitation was defined. Identified long-term preservation of the clinical effect of rehabilitation of patients with complex articular fractures of the distal end of the shin.
