FEATURES OF THE MICROCIRCULATION AND TISSUE OXYGENATION IN PATIENTS WITH SPONTANEOUS ABORTION

The features of microcirculatory disorders in patients with spontaneous abortion in the first trimester. Examined 60 pregnant women, divided into two groups: the main group – 30 pregnant women with spontaneous abortion in the first trimester, the control group – 30 pregnant women with induced abortion in the first trimester. In patients with spontaneous abortion rate of endometrial microcirculation reduced, due to a significant increase in myogenic tone of microvessels endometrium and decrease in the average speed of the red blood cells. The identified violations of endometrial perfusion and oxygen delivery in patients with spontaneous abortion is the reason for the low efficiency of oxygen metabolism in the cells of the endometrium. In the course of the study revealed that women with spontaneous abortion has sources that predispose to the syndrome of loss of fetal perfusion-metabolic disorders.
